Wong's Kong King Distribution introduced the world's first automatic liquid potoimageable solder mask exposure systems. Using a custom designed high energy light system the "X-Box" exposes 25 micron thick solder masks in less than 5 seconds. The conveyorized machine process 120 panels per hour. The machine was designed and built in WKK's Shanghai operations.
